HILL Application Process

Your benefit: an objective picture of your strengths and development potential
After a CV check and a completed interview, our experts invite you to complete the  HILL Competence Analysis©. This computer-based procedure lasts ca. 2 hours and delivers an objective, transparent decision basis. In the consequent personal feedback, our consultants will give you concrete feedback on your strengths and development potential, so that you can more specifically concentrate on these and benefit from your application at HILL.

As an applicant in a HILL International personnel search and selection project, your experience will consist of the following steps:

  • CV Check
    In the first step we compare the »Hard Facts«: do the qualifications match the requirements of the present job profile? TIP: Take account of the requirements in your CV or cover letter and express your motivation.
  • Interview
    Every applicant who proceeds to the later stages of selection is invited to an interview with a HILL Expert. Use the chance to present yourself personally, to elaborate in detail on your career, and to inform yourself on the position and your future employer!
  • HILL Competence Analysis©
    The procedure objectively measures personal and social orientations, abilities and individual strengths. Through a comparison of the requirements profile and individual characteristics HILL can find the most suitable candidate. Ultimately a well functioning, long-term relationship between you and the company should be created!
  • Presentation
    If you are among the top candidates, you have the chance to get to know your potential employer personally, ask questions and present your best side. In some cases additional hearings or assessment centers are utilized in order to obtain an even more differentiated picture of you. Good luck!
  • Contract signature
    Finally the client makes his/her choice, you establish all the details of your working relationship and the beginning of employment.
